INGREDIENTS:

Each Vegicap capsule contains:

    Bilberry Powder (vaccinium myrtillus) . . . . . 370 mg.
    Bilberry Extract . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 80 mg.
    Anthocyanidins (from above)  . . . . . . . . . . 25 mg.

This product is certified to have not less than .5% anthocyanins and contains no animal products.

INDICATIONS:

Bilberry is rich in vitamin C. The anthocyanins are responsible for the major action of Bilberry. Among them, we find a vitamin P action. It is known that Vitamin P does not correspond to a chemically defined vitamin, but is a group of properties which provide vascular, capillary and venous protection. This protection acts on two levels; it increases the capillary resistance and decreases the capillary permeability. Bilberry berries are rich in carbohydrates, tannin, and vitamin A and C. Bilberry is an astringent and has antibacterial action on the intestines.

May be useful in the following conditions: Visual acuity (particularly night vision) vascular retinal disturbances, cataract, diabetic induced glaucoma, myopia, varicosities (hemorrhoids), mild intestinal infections (colibacillosis).
